As a certified "partner" and
reseller of Northwest Software's Auction Tracker product,
we proudly support charity auctions by providing affordable
equipment rental and consulting services. Most companies who provide
auction equipment rental services simply provide the equipment, set
it up and wish you luck!
We do
business very differently.
Our basic package includes up to 6 complete computer systems (CPU's,
Monitors, Printers, Networking and Remote Control Software), set up
and support the evening of the event. That's right, we
will actually have a technician on site the evening of the event who
is trained to assist in checking out your guests, assisting with bid
spotting, pulling silent auction tickets and keying them, etc. Our
technicians have worked charity galas and auctions for years and are
very capable. We have provided support for the following events:

Auction Tracker software. We used to work with a
company that does not know Auction Tracker at all, so we
were either on our own or forced to rely on the Northwest Software
help options, which can be stressful in the middle of
auction checkout. Mike knows the software, and was
able to help with every situation that came up during the
evening. He and his staff even pitched in to help when
some volunteers were no shows while we looked for
replacements. These guys are worth every penny!
