The DUO standard requires both honesty and integrity in every aspect of our work and in our dealings with customers. In our shop an oil change is an just an oil change. We do not charge diagnostic fee's if we can not service a vehicle, We only recommend a service when it's truly needed and we give our customers realistic wait and repair times.
